You can tell if someone has blocked Gmail using your mobile phone. There is no need to use your PC if you are on the go and want to confirm the thing. Thus there is the only thing you need to know. That is to download and install the Google Hangouts application by Google on your mobile phone. It’s available on iOS AppStore and PlayStore.
